Warranty & Refunds

 

The fountains and sculptures at “Fountains of Living Waters” are not “mass” produced.  Each one is individually designed and created one-by-one by Artisan Greg Hooker.  As a result, great pride, skill and a lot of thought go into each art piece.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when you receive it, return it to us within 14 business days in its original packing and condition, pre-paid shipping with the proper insurance (at customers expense) and we will exchange it or refund your money (excluding return postage and custom designs that cannot be resold).  Please contact us for a “pre-authorization” before you return your item.  “Fountains of Living Waters” will not receive items without this approval.

 

· Artwork is warranted for life of the original owner against workmanship and material defects, excluding, but not limited to negligence or damage caused by sources outside the control of “Fountains of Living Waters” - such as damage caused by the forces of nature, etc.  However, should you need repairs, “Fountains of Living Waters” will grant a fair estimate.

 

· Pumps carry a 6 (six) month warranty from the date of purchase, excluding, but not limited to damage caused by negligence - such as allowing the fountain to run dry.
